​Milan Skamene BSc (Hons) Acupuncture, lic.Ac, lic.TuiNa, ACMP, MFHT


Milan studied acupuncture in London’s LCTA and East London University (2008-2012). He also developed his Tui Na massage skills privately for seven years while practicing supervised by a senior Chinese therapist in the UK (2009-2016). He has worked for several clinics in London in past years (Good Nature Clinic, Shine Holistic Stoke Newington, Healthy Living Centre Islington, Wood Green Complementary Health Centre) and his past background is a nutritional medicine adviser. Milan is member of General Council of Chinese Medicine which is dedicated to the modernization of Chinese Medicine, and its proper integration into conventional mainstream medical practice and also member of Federation of Holistic Therapists.


In his practice Milan has focused on treating digestive and respiratory system disorders, issues related to emotional stress, chronic fatigue and post-viral syndromes, eczema and acne and some other ailments with acupuncture. He usually employs this technique on a side with proper nutritional advice which is used the same as the other treatments, according to individual and tailored TCM diagnosis. 



Muscle sprains and acute injuries, back pains, stiff or frozen neck and shoulder, arm pains, tendon inflammations, headaches and migraines are proved to respond well to Tui Na or Deep Tissue massage, Gua Sha and/or Cupping. Apart from acupuncture or in a combination with it, massage or other above mentioned techniques are then used to treat variety of issues related to issues of muscular-sceletar system.
